Mr. Kakooza C.K. Anthony is an advocate of the high court of Uganda and all the subordinate courts thereto. He has distinguished himself in the field of intellectual property and corporate governance.
Mr. Kakooza holds a master of laws degree (with distinction) from Warwick University - UK. He acquired his bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University Kampala, and a post-graduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.
Anthony is an accomplished lawyer and scholar with over 10 years post qualification experience as an Advocate. Tony has expertise in Intellectual property law, electronic commerce and conveyancing.
He is a past Director of the UCLF Legal Aid Clinic and current lecturer in law at the Uganda Christian University. He has established himself as the cornerstone of the Firm in the field of Intellectual property and Commercial rights. He draws his extensive experience from the Law Reform Commission.
