Mr. Kakooza is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and the subordinate Courts thereto.
Mr. Kakooza is a graduate of Kingston University London (UK) with a Masters Degree in Corporate Law and Governance.
He has worked with the Uganda Law Reform Commission as a Legal Officer. He specifically worked on the reform of Commercial Laws which included E-commerce, E-crime, and Contract Law.
He also worked on the criminal reform projects such as Sentencing Guidelines and Petty Offences reform.
He also worked as a Legal Associate in Kayondo & Company Advocates, which was later merged with Shonubi, Musoke & Company.
